About ME

I am a business consultant with over 30 years of experience working for both large corporate and small private firms.  My career began in Washington, DC after graduating from George Washington University and an internship on Capitol Hill.  I served in senior management positions for top-rated consulting firms and provided leadership as an Operations Manager, Business Development Director and Contracts Manager.  I have been providing independent business support services since 2014, an alternative to high priced firms.  As an individual my rates are low and focused on your need for results,  staying on top of the things that must be done so you can focus on your business.  I am certified as a Quickbooks ProAdvisor and provide bookkeeping, tax reporting, payroll, AR and AP and other recordkeeping services and support. I personalize needs that work for you.

 

As a planner I work with land owners, developers, and buyers providing entitlement work, due diligence and compliance services.  I specialize in producing detailed applications and reports to obtain rapid approval for zoning and land use issues, subdivisions, special use and building permits. 

 

My many years of experience in corporate management roles provides insight to the challenges of running a successful business.  Producing solid proposals, marketing materials or contractual documents for clients and contractors is also one of my specialities.
